Partnerships

Partnerships & Sponsored Content

We work with partners. We protect editorial independence.

Intermodal Insider collaborates with companies across the logistics ecosystem—technology providers, service operators, and industry organizations—when the collaboration helps our readers understand intermodal operations more clearly.

This page explains how partnerships work, how sponsorship is labeled, and what we accept and refuse.

The line we do not cross

  • Editorial is editorial. Sponsored is sponsored.
  • Partners do not buy conclusions, rankings, or coverage.
  • We do not publish undisclosed advertorials.

If something is paid or partner-supported, it is labeled clearly on the page.

Formats

Sponsorship formats (what we may offer)

1

Sponsored article

A partner-supported piece that educates the market on a topic relevant to our audience. Must meet clarity and accuracy standards.

2

Research support

A partner supports a research brief financially. Intermodal Insider retains editorial control and publishing decisions.

3

Display placements

Simple placements such as newsletter banners or site banners. We avoid aggressive tracking formats.

4

Event or webinar partner

A co-hosted educational session focused on tracking literacy and operational workflows.

Disclosure

How we label sponsored content

Sponsored content is labeled with a clear marker such as:

  • Sponsored
  • Partner Note
  • Presented by [Partner]

We also disclose the nature of the relationship on the page.

Eligibility

Partner eligibility

We consider partners who:

  • Operate legally and transparently.
  • Serve logistics and intermodal markets with legitimate products or services.
  • Can support claims with documentation.
  • Agree to clear labeling and editorial boundaries.

We do not accept partnerships that require:

  • Hidden sponsorship.
  • Misleading claims.
  • Fabricated case studies.
  • Pressure to remove corrections or negative context.
  • Editorial control over conclusions.
Review

Editorial review of sponsored content

  • Clarity and factual accuracy.
  • Claim support, especially performance claims.
  • Appropriate sourcing and disclaimers.
  • Compliance with reader expectations.

If a partner claim cannot be supported, we edit it or remove it.
